THE 8 WEEK WARRIOR CHALLENGE
A program for everyone!
Next Challenge begins Monday April 7th with an orientation on Saturday April 5th.
These 24 sessions are designed to take a beginner student with little or no knowledge about Training For Warriors or training in general from an introduction to understanding of how the TFW system works. This is completed by following the stories, the daily message and combining of the mastery components of each exercise and nutrition tips. Each of the 24 sessions involves a story, warm up and workout . These workouts begin at a relatively low intensity and are used over the 8 weeks to acclimate a student’s body and connective tissues to the training. The 8 week program starts and ends with an evaluation. There is weight, girth and two classic TFW performance tests (pushup and knee grab situp) to demonstrate improvement at the end of the program. The purpose of the 8 Week program is not to create a short term outlook on fitness, but to instill in the student good training habits and a hunger to continue with the TFW program once the 24 sessions have concluded.
